HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Return Shipping

Currently, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using their preferred local postal or shipping service.

Returns should only be sent to the return address provided during the return process via contact form.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Product costs are refundable
  • Original shipping costs are refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent without tracking
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays, and are shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Where are your products manufactured?

We carefully source manufacturers globally to ensure the best possible audio quality, materials, and design. Each piece is then hand crafted and tested locally with attention to craftsmanship, durability, and detail — creating products that are both functional and artistically unique.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
